Plastic section :- For Plastic Packaging

The section consists of Sophisticated & High capacity Injection Molding M/Cs  from Husky – Luxembourg for manufacturing PET Performs for Beverages,  Mineral water, Edible oil & other various application.  And to support the above set-up, We have the Continuous Compression Molding lines  with High Capacity from Sacmi – Italy for producing Two piece plastic closure in-line with High speed Printing m/c with Three color printing from Tampoprint –Germany. Also it consist of advanced technology M/C - Blow Tec -Extrusion Blow molding  from Europe aimed for producing 5 gallon / 20 liter returnable Polycarbonate (PC) water bottle.

We produce & supply with wide range of Packaging products required for the daily consumable packaging are :-

1. PET Preforms transparent & colorant – for CSD & Aqua:- 28mm – BPF -27.7 & 23 gm,  28mm – PCO - 27 & 23 gm, 30/25 -23gm, 29/21- 26gm for press type finish. Also the company is in progress in obtaining the Lighter weight Preform molds as per market demand  by adopting the latest technology from Husky that is ECO base / conical base preforms.
2. Two piece Plastic Closure  – clear & colorant :- Printed / un-Printed PP caps with single tread for application of 28mm PET bottles (BPF & PCO)  used for sparkling & mineral water.
3. Returnable PC water bottle :- 5 Gallon / 20 Liter PC bottle with handle esp. designed for water cooler.
